Buzz Lynn’s grandfather bought this Jaguar E-Type new. Many years later, the car left the family and its whereabouts became unknown to Buzz. Decades later, an unexpected discovery brought the very same E-Type back into his life.

I met Buzz and his remarkable E-Type during Monterey Car Week 2026, spending time with him during the Tour d’Elegance and later at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

What began as an extraordinary family story was about to become something even more special.
